02.09.07 - Cooper is an adorable 9 week old puppy that we rescued from the San Diego South County Shelter. He was the result of a Mexian puppy mill that dumped him at the border. He has a bad case of puppy strangles (juvenile cellulitis) but that's treatable. This condition causes loss of hair and sores on his skin.
He's got the most amazing deep eyes that stare into your soul and touch the part of your heart that is weeping for him. He is very joyous and playful and affectionate, despite the fact that his 9 weeks of life cannot have been at all fun. I think we're going to enjoy having him here.
